Kids Gardening Class

We are “berry” excited to be making the most delicious workshop of the year - STRAWBERRY POTS! Let your little ones dig into the activity with painting and planting a strawberry plant. A bonus? We’ll clean up the mess! Ages 3 and up. Parental assistance is required. Materials include 6-inch, terra-cotta pot, two strawberry plants, paint and paint supplies. Cost $20 and includes instruction and all supplies. Pre-payment online is recommended to reserve your spot

Join us for our Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt throughout the greenhouses, nursery, and grounds at The Flower Court. Each child will need to find the items on their scavenger hunt list to claim their prize. Golden eggs will be hidden for a grand prizes. Before the Hunt we will have them Paint a terra cotta pot for Easter. While they are drying he will have the Scavenger hunt and finish up with planting in the painted pot.

To various cultures in the Northern Hemisphere, May 1st is May Day. It's a time to celebrate the good weather and bounty of spring for centuries, and the half way point between the vernal equinox and summer solstice.
One of the traditions is making and delivering simple May Baskets. The best part? Knowing that your neighbors and friends will get a surprise and a boost of joy!

Come in anyday this week and create your May Day basket to suprise your friends and neighbors

We will be creating cement stepping stones that the children can decorate. We will have some decorations for them like rocks and seashells, but if you have some other items they'd like to add into them like LEGOs, Hot Wheels, jewelry beads/charms, etc., feel free to bring those along.
Ages: Any, but all children must be accompanied by an adult.
